Your product was never delivered. We have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to track it down, using Amazon's tracking number. You don't seem at all interested in making this right. My review of your business will at least warn others as you seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with Boxzie. To be fair, you did enter the wrong address to ship the product to. You contacted us and we attempted to fix the order. I feel that you are penalizing us for an error that was not ours. We changed the address to the addess you asked, but we do not control the shipper. I did follow up with you after we changed the address and never heard back. We assumed the box was received as desired. For you to wait 15 days and then post a reqiew like this is not reasonable or fair. We would be happy to send out a new box if you supply the correct address.
